Gitana Accepts Returns!

We happily offer our customers to returns and exchanges. To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure to follow our returns guidelines.
Gitana swimwear will happily offer a store credit for instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product or size. Please note, refunds will not be offered for returned purchases.
  • Please ensure that your package is in its original packaging with all labels attached and sanitary labels intact.
  • Items must NOT have been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Exchanges & Returns must be submitted within 2 days of date received. Please email returns@gitana.co.za.
  • Returns will cost R79.00 for the delivery of your return.
  •  If your exchange or return has NOT been submitted within 2days, we are unable to accept your return, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale and/or Discount items can NOT be exchanged or returned.
  • All Black Friday items can NOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Gitana Swimwear will NOT be responsible for any lost returns and will not cover the cost of the returns.
  • We are able to to schedule a return for you, however you will be charged.
  • All returns are processed within 3 working days, once we have inspected your item(s),  you will be contacted via email.
  • In the event that you receive you item damaged, please contact us immediately via email. returns@gitana.co.za
  • No cash refunds allowed.
  • Pre-orders may be returned and exchanged for another size. No refunds on pre-orders.
